Refund policy

Returns

Our diffusers and oils are filled and sealed for your home, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, whether the product is opened or unopened.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or is not what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost, or refund you if a replacement is not available.

  1. Write to care@onescent.club within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number.
  2. Include photos or a short video of the product and the outer box as received.
  3. We confirm within one working day and arrange the replacement or a pickup where needed. You do not pay for return shipping.

Devices

Itardaan devices are covered by the warranty printed in the box. For a fault within the warranty period, write to us and we will repair or replace the device.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund until it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
